Alicia Freeman
Alicia is a certified Trauma Free World (TFW®) Trainer with a heart for connecting with people and hearing their stories. She’s passionate about standing up for the vulnerable and speaking out on behalf of those who often go unheard. Alicia openly shares her own story to help normalize conversations around trauma, grief, struggle, and vulnerability. Whether she’s working with churches, foster and adoptive families, or frontline workers, Alicia is deeply committed to helping others understand trauma and care well for those affected by it.
Tracy Upham
Tracy is a Trauma Care Affiliate (TFW®) and has been a foster parent with her husband for over 10 years. Along the way, she’s also helped support and train other foster and adoptive parents through the local Children’s Aid Society. She cares deeply about the Church’s role in bringing both cultural change and personal healing—but believes it only happens when we truly understand where people are coming from. After hitting the end of her own resources early on in their foster care journey, Tracy became passionate about trauma-informed care and the difference it can make for families and communities.
